And the way chengyao are so blunt with her words jskskks very cuteee like i love ruonan in several of her works but i dropped love is panacae bcs it just wouldn't click with me BUT this one is diferrent i think i really am her fans now i just hope for others to finally saw her true potential (except i hope she improves her kissing like she needs serious work this time but i saw the trailer cut though not long i think its gonna be satisfying hehe) and for her to finally be having a drama project thats gonna explode fr. Yeah, thats why i said not her behavior it got nothing to do with shy or dull (it actually take a lot of acting skills to act like one and bl slayed that character before) but more to the scripting like idk it was just off.
On ep 7 and this be the only drama where i think bailu didnt quite suit the character...or that might be the script idk cus whenever she talks its always pull me out of the drama and her designs (except when she's the empress) are less impressive compared to others even her sister

Ive alr watched a lot of dramas where the girl has a solid career and are chasing the ceo + the ml alr unconsciously fell in love with fl while also trying to build his legacy thus the comment but i like the part that this time the ceo took quite a lot of time to settle one case 🤌

Now this is the first drama ive watched zhou ye acted and GOSH SHES AMAZING. Still needs a lot of improvement but i can see she def getting better in every eps and shes so beautiful aaaa i love beautiful women and wang xinyue ouuuuu the first i saw him in one and only i didnt have that much of an impression to him but now i am obviously going to tune in for more of his work as ML. Both did great but the only thing that irks me is that the love line of moyuan and wu shuomo feels so 'forced' and scripted like shuomo didnt have any chemistry at all with her even with all those flashback + hairpins moment it felt so '???' instead of romantic feelings idk but overall im just scared for the final ep since it didnt drop yet currently on ep 21 but i hope for FL to have a happy ending though its going to be hard since shes the villain but oh well i can dream
