I too felt the same. Had mixed feelings even though it is dark genre yet they blended well with cute and fluffy scenes.It's so pleasent to watch them. I was smiling through out the last 20 mins of first episode.

In india sisters of one family can marry brothers of other family but some conditions are applied. Like elder sister can marry elder brother and younger sister can marry younger brother but not vice versa. Cousins(not your father brother's children)as well get married to each but like i mentioned below conditions applied father's children can marry father's sister children and viceversa. Boy must be older than girl. Arghhhhh it's very complicated.
