I think he thought he will manage to get to the operation room, to rescue her after her heart stopped, but now he is trapped with Cynthia and those guards (or whoever they are) who think he betrayed them, so it's going to be a problem. Btw he also looked like that cause he was shot and strongly bleeding.

Episode 6 was just a masterpiece <3 Yong Pal despite all tricked them (besides the fact that he wasn't in the operation room) This drama gets better and better, I can't wait for next week... Gosh how can you do this, such a cliffhanger >.<

The chemistry between male leads is soo good. They talked in only one episode, but they seem to be so natural and comfortable around each other.

OMG I'm so excited for this drama, I don't know why but it remainds me of Healer and I hope it'll be good as well.

I loved the romance and fact that at the end there was finally a little bit of chemistry between UEE and Sung Joon (or maybe I was so desperated to see it that I imagined it), but half of the drama was pointless (Yoon Ha family and company) btw I am really curious why brother gave Yoon Ha that key cause at the end she didn't use it.
