I can understand. At first view people will think its adultery. I suggest if you can go till episode 4 then you will understand the concept that the ML is not cheating unless it changes in coming episodes. Plus till episode 3 its just the stare and pull. No kisses. He does respect her feelings. Remember he is in an unhealthy relationship for 10 years because of a promise made on death bed. The girl had to hide the affair for 3 years and stick to her fiancees rules and policies.
