I've been using muse for a while and it was public for quite some time but then they went private because they were getting a lot of unnecessary hate. They are taking their time to sub lakorns because they enjoy doing it not for the money. If you paid from PayPal then the money wasn't Muse's fault PayPal probably didn't give you the full refund. You can try to email @[email protected] , and they can help you out with the donating process like they helped me and try contacting PayPal to get the full refund.
