hopefully they make more of them for you, personally I always feel like kdramas are best when they have 10-12 episodes, usually, dramas always lag by the 11th episode to just before the last episode.

my personal opinion? Koreans don't know how to execute long dramas, there is almost always the boring arc starting from ep10 to 14, it's crazy cause I can watch 50 and 40 episodes of Chinese drama without bgetting bored one bit but a 16 ep Korean drama is too much for me. I prefer the new 12 episode dramas that are being produced now. but that's just me.

I hate the omega stuff too, which is why I'm not planning on watching that upcoming Chinese omegaverse bl, I know I'll have nothing good to say cause it has themes I don't vibe with. this is not to say people can't criticize a body of work, it's perfectly fine to hate a show if it has no chemistry/actings bad or you find the story boring in a genre you like, but to actively bseek out dramas with elements/themes you hate is crazy to me.

Makes sense, I've read novels where the red flag is just damn cruel, dropped quite a few that didn't have any redemption ars. you're making a valid point and I'm also like you in that regard. but I'm talking about the pple who love fluf and only fluf, they like their characters as green as the forests... those pple.... why do they bother with these kind of dramas? just cause it's a bl doesn't mean you are obligated to watch it if it has themes that make you uncomfortable... there are 20+ bls right now, pple have options and they still choose to watch this even though they know it has dark themes

honestly I don't understand people who watch dark romance and complain about it being dark romance.... it's like me going to see a marvel movie and complaining that the characters had super powers.... why you watching if you hate red flags?

no, it's just a crazy condition imagine someone saying "hey thank God I never watched squid game or the glory, I heard the actors are not forming a permanent cast to act in different dramas together". don't act obtuse, people watch dramas/movies for the quality not cause the actors will work together again or not.

kinnporshe wasn't damaged bfr, that show aired successfuly until one of the actors was exposed to be an incel. there are plenty of BLs/pairs from multiple companies that are thriving and out performing straight/general dramas, nobody is taking them down

they are actors, saying you won't watch a show cause the actors will never work together in another project is wild

all these uncensored Chinese bls airing but I can't enjoy them cause my heart longs for this drama and immortality, but at least justice in the dark aired .. that's something... that gives me hope
