People should know what’s the difference between company tax and individual tax. The different between shareholder and co-founder (MD) of the company. Shareholder invest their own money in a company and receive dividends. If she was the MD, why would she need to struggle to get resource. As a big company do they only have one employee and one shareholder & who controls the company? Say the company only has one employee and one shareholder & this person has no accounting knowledge, do they expect he/she to be a genius and submit both the company and their own tax and does not require to go though a accounting firm to identify the eligibility deduction and FBT expense? As a certified accountants there’s always a reason they need to refresh themselves and keep up to date with the new laws and identity what can be deduced and claimed in the entertainment industry and ask all the necessary details of the client. Shareholder can have their say only if the company announced it. And will the company inform the public, shareholder and employee beforehand that they are late/can’t pay the tax on time for whatever reason?
As an employee do we question the CFO/CEO/MD why he/she didn’t approve and pay the company tax on time? Employee only worries if they get paid on time or not. Esp. they work very hard day and night for the income.
