About the council you are probably right we only saw them in episode 6... but i dont remember exactly to tell you , i have to rewatch but i think this info about the families was told since the beggining. Many families are mages. The constelators are mages. Its just that the most powerful ones are the four. But that´s ok, just leave it like that if you want. thats no problem at all. I think there are many families. Even in the council, if im not wrong they are 12 mages. Its just that Park, Jin, Seo and Jang are the most powerful of the families - and headers ofthe most important institutes).

Well, i like Yul and i also think he is a good guy. For now. All four guys are good, including the Crown Prince. I even think Gil Ju is not that bad he´s just afraid of Jin Mu and follows his order. But that could not be. It seems unlikely that just Jin Mu is our villain.
