No, we don't get that info that the teens met up around the time Bu Yeon drowned. If they were 17 and 15 ( i agree with you here), it was around seven years ago. Buyeon was already missing.

Buyeon is not 23. She was 10 and disappeared 10 years ago. I just said she was 21 because she born months before UK.
And since she is 21, her sister is 18. 😊

I personally think ChoYeon is younger.
For me, for all info we got from the series:
Naksu/Yeong= 24
Yul = 21 to 23 ( we don't know)
Bu Yeon = 21
Uk = 20
Dangu = 20
Cho Yeon = 18

Hi. Lucia, I agree with Araminta. The only "plot hole" is Yul's child actor. He looks too young because for all we know he is older than Uk and Dangu. About the teen actors I don't thin that's wrong. It's difficult to know the exactly ages but let's say Naksu was 17 Yul could be like 15 and that's ok. Yul could be a bit older than the boys and younger than Naksu.
