I appreciate your time. My guess is that the movie was not planned for SK/JP audience but exactly to audience, like me, who ignores the story. Clearly this needed more time to develop more points. Makes me wonder, how come One Piece has a better adaptation, but then again even the creator is involved. Hope it has another chance for us who will definitely not read the manhwa.
I read books, paper books, sci-fi, fantasy, classic novels and a lot of theology. I've read this resume and check other video explanations. Whole story is as many other mangas or manhwas, a lot of spinning, extensive or repetitive figures that go back to 0 at some point. So that's my main reason to avoid them. I rather watch some adaptations, if it is well done I might risk to spend that time in the story. That's why I digged a bit more on ORV but once more the plot is too dense and no wonder the movie felt like butchered. A 3 or 4 season series maybe would have suit better to pack all the spinning. But it's not my choice to pick up these of stories to read. Lately, I've been admiring more the art of telling a story in short. Sci-fi short stories are marvelous. Ray Bradbury or Asimov do wonders in this genre. There seems a universe ORV readers are missing too.
Actually these black types were in krn useI can't post the link, but its on Naver pic blogs of the 90s.
Guess what? Walkmans didn't come with those. I got mine with a pair of those in the 2000s, right before the 2 towers got attacked. The oldies were more common. The character barely had for charcoal and you want to make up she had a rich friend? Sure. Clearly you never had to struggle to survive a financial crisis. https://www.koreatimes.co.kr/lifestyle/others/20120919/nostalgia-for-sights-and-sounds-of-the-90s
Curly hair girls who were teenagers in the 90s feel this so real. I'm one of them. Always dreaming of straight hair. Go figure, I'm so happy now with my curls. That was enough to catch me. Cute and made me giggle. Her group of friends... real treasure.
I've seen plenty of complains but no real fan dares to explain clearly what was so distant from the original story. I'm not a comic/manga/manhwa reader, and I haven't find a place that has a nice summary to even grasp how far the movie is. I read books and I'm glad one of my favorite stories of all times had survived the live cinema adaptation: LOTR. But even if you haven't read LOTR, you can find really good summaries all over. In this case, I was entertained with this movie and it was interesting to find out that LMN suits better with this character than some of his dramas. One thing though that is puzzling me, is the obsession with "kill your peer to survive" plots S.K. has. I'm sure the 2nd part won't be possible as so many have complain about this first trial.
Light melo story. The mythology had more potential but they speed up a bit. The ending is a bit forced but it left a closure to the whole story. Both leads can deliver any character.
Finally finished it. It was worth waiting the subtitles. Next time instead of creating discussions, drop reviews for the episodes and the general one. That is what increases the points. You already have a long post, copy and paste it for review.
Until episode 10, it is way to slow. After that, the real story starts to develop. I actually was going to drop it, but came back after many months. Last 4 to 3 episodes were more entertaining.
Crappy ppl. Xu Kai has been conquering rankings and all of a sudden two attacks in less than 2 months. The envy in some ppl has no limits. HANG ON XU KAI!!!
