I just finished reading the novel and I'm angry at the way they butchered Tang Fan's character here. Not that I hate him here, but compared to his character in the novel, he's an absolute disappointment.
I can't in good faith continue this, I was thinking there'd be a time skip before it develops into romance but this just feels icky. You could say that he's beyond the age of Consent for Japan, but it's still a teacher student relationship. Whether straight or gay, fiction or reality, this is ethically wrong.
So much better than i expected. The last few episodes annoyed me a little, but the conclusion made up for it. My best character was Wangzhi, a grey character but had a great storyline and character development
It's incredible how Soo Min made beautiful Ji Won her DUFF. Initially when she came back, I felt a little bit bad for Soo Min because I thought she was a good friend at that moment, but boyy was I wrong
I have mixed feelings concerning their portrayal of suicide and depression but coming from a country with such a high level of suicide,a lot of which are due to people feeling inadequate or hopeless about their lives, I get their choice of perspective. An excellent drama nevertheless.
This episode gave me all the feels, my cheeks are hurting from smiling so much. New's face card was sublime especially with his messy hair and Jinta and Min are super duper cute. Next week's episode even looks better, i can't wait
ep6 was a very disappointing. Had to pass almost all scene and felt like i just watched a 25-30 min ep. Tharn…
Fr Had to pause and ask myself if the character was annoying or if I just hated the way she talks. It's hard to figure out if she likes Phaya or Nee from the way she acts
How can Tharn be so clueless about the things that he has always been made aware of since he was a kid. Dismissing Phaya's dreams, when he constantly has visions that come true, is insane. Khem and Thongthai's backstory was the best part of this episode tbf
Myungha: "Our Yeo Woon is so kind"
😂
Thank you South Korea
