She still doesn't realise what her core fault is. Creating a future to her own liking and forcing it on the son. I understand her not wanting him to go back to being a prosecutor, but marrying him off just feels wrong especially considering he's still a child mentally
I don't think she was that bad even without "the nuggets of evidence of good intentions". I don't know why you…
She burnt a prize(gold in a national competition) he won for his art, which he was really proud of. That would have been my point of no return. She was straight up abusive most times. How many strict parents would tear up an innocent and really lovely drawing of a tree. There's a difference between being strict and being abusive and she definitely crossed into that line of being abusive, no matter how good her intentions are. He wouldn't have become a thief or a nuisance if he was allowed to attend to school picnics, eat till he was full and enjoy drawing as a hobby or even a career path because he was really good at it
Holy Sh**, they killed the woman, that was why the restaurant owner was calling. I hope Kang Ho doesn't go back to being hell bent on getting revenge, he deserves all the happiness in the world, it's been long due to him. I feel like Oh Taesoo and Chairman Song would destroy each other all on their own
The mother is extremely lucky that Kang Ho constantly found evidence that helped him understand her seemingly malicious intentions. Kang Ho is a genuinely good person and wayyy better than me, because even with the nuggets of evidence of good intentions, I'd have cut her off for real as soon as I'm comfortably independent
I think he is going to turn against his mistress now but it does not make him likeable for me.
Turning against his mistress makes him even more unlikeable, it shows how easy it is for him to drop someone he claims he loves once she doesn't suit his present needs.
ikr.I would have tried to understand their point of view if he was only cheating (still incredibly wrong for me)but…
And he was never a good husband. They've had little to zero intimacy for 10 years even without the whole second family thing, there's no good reason to cling to that marriage
If Dr Roy keep confronting Dr Seo and competing like that it will only make Dr Seo all the more determined to…
Honestly it's becoming very unattractive and the chances of her ending up with him is further reducing. If he continues this way, Dr Cha ending up with him will make this series not about her escaping a horrible marriage but her going from one man to another. Also there has been no clues that indicate that Dr. Cha likes him or has any feelings for him
I don't like the direction this drama is taking. What's with every one and making it seem that her not getting divorced is in her best interests. So she should be punished for her husband's crime and be forever shackled to that abhorrent trash. In what world does that even make sense. Korea has one of the highest divorce rates, and even though it's a largely Conservative society, doesn't that mean it's sort of normalised.
The drama is set during a very prominent revolt against colonization. It’s history, not politics.
This makes no sense. It's just like asking an American or European film set in the late 1930s to be German friendly. These things happened no matter how you try to deny and act like they didn't.
I hope Kang Ho doesn't go back to being hell bent on getting revenge, he deserves all the happiness in the world, it's been long due to him. I feel like Oh Taesoo and Chairman Song would destroy each other all on their own
How is such an accomplished woman pinning over a sleaze like Inho
Also there has been no clues that indicate that Dr. Cha likes him or has any feelings for him
