Those flashbacks, do the writers think that viewers have some sort of short term memory loss. There's no need to show us a previous scene as a reference to a discussion.

I don't want to see That trash feeling sorry for himself. All of a sudden he becomes self aware because his wife is ill, even though not as critically ill as she was when he was frolicking with his mistress. I don't understand why the writers decided to veer towards this recurrent liver failure plot, there are so many other ways this would have gone without making Dr. Cha sick again.
With just one episode left, would she even be able to become a doctor again. It would totally go against everything (even the name of this series) if she doesn't

I see the hype now. The characters are so much better and his hostile behaviors didn't last for long. I like the factthat Gorya fell in love with Ren first and the reason she gave up on him was because he loved someone else. I'm still in episode 3, let's see how it plays out

Late to this because I've watched the Korean version, and while i quite enjoyed it when i was younger, I now physically cringe at the thought of it.
The first episode is really hard to watch, can't imagine how they will redeem his character.
