I suspected at the beginning of this episode that physician Kwon was the son of the deposed Queen because there was no other way he could've rallied the support of the rebels who are obviously trying to avenge crown Prince Taemin. When Prince Uiseong asked him how he could enthrone him as he was just a mere physician, that pause before he finally spoke basically confirmed it. I think the next few episodes will depend on the king finally admitting the wrong he did or at least trying to correct it. I'm so jiggy for these last few episodes
