I agree that some punishment are inappropriate. However, compare to what people think severity was proven to have a worse effect than rehabilitation (look for scholars and studies on criminality) and just engage in a more violent vicious circle... Ofc effective rehabilitation has to be implement depending to the case (which isn't in place due to financial reasons - and yes money should be use first for other categories such as poverty, education, healthcare...). I never said it wasn't traumatic but victims usually felt more "satisfied" with an appropriate ruling with life imprisonment than killing the perpetrator quickly. As I said.... how can you say murder is wrong when you kill people for punishment? I am sorry but you become a murder too... The intention of killing is different the first was maybe for fun but yours for revenge. So no, you can't condemn murder by sentencing to death the perpetrator the same way. Eye for an eye was used back in the middle age and it often led to a continuous circle of vengeance... The loss of a loved one by murder is traumatic and can never truly be erased I know... but violence is not the appropriate answer. It's not because it is "satisfying" that it means it's the right way... People didn't fought to abolish death penalty for nothing...

Thank you for understanding the character :) I personally like ML personality.. as well as FL.. They both have flaws and imperfections but try to do things correctly (according to their values/ work ethics)

He never said the justice system was perfect... And it was proven (even by the victims) that killing back the perpetrator isn't enough to feel you "satisfied". The justice system is imperfect because it's created by humans as we also are imperfects... (obviously some changes has to be done bc criminals are exploiting the cracks). But yet, wanted to bring criminals in front of the judge is indeed the right thing to do. Victims want a sincere apology and repentance - which usually never happen bc criminals do not think their at fault. Nonetheless, how can you condemn crime if you punish it by doing the same? I agree that FL punishment are super satisfying (here again humans are far from being good) but it' still WRONG. You can't punish murder by murder. Or we are hypocrites. I don't deny it's frustrating but ML process of thoughts isn't "stupid"... He is far from being perfect but he tries his best to follow the right path... And he is not becoming a "bad guy"... He is just overwhelmed by emotions bc he is a victims of the serial killings. I really don't understand why he annoyed you so much :(

Well, maybe i have to rewatch the scene but i though the idol start to follow to the pcbang with the red car so it didn't made sense that it was a white one following her right after if it's the same guy... (did he changed car after leaving the pcbang???)... Either i don't remember correctly either it's a mistake in the script - probably just me:)

I know... but sometimes the serial killer is so obvious sadly (like the first scene of the taxi driver in lovely runner, I knew he was probably responsible for the 2ML accident/death). I truly hope they surprised us, but putting this guy after the disappearance of their colleague + the expensive white car following our FLM - which clearly isn't the red one of the idol). But I remain on our theory of body shifting for the killer too -> who probably in the past killed the ML mom and FML aunt:(

Exactly what I thought after episode 4... Same killing pattern as the "ancient serial killer" who obviously wasn't caught... Probably got too old and now is young again due to the transformation. The hospital director is sus af since day 1 but it's sooo (maybe too much) evident with the looks, music and eye-side from the ancien detective... Plus in kdrama world they love to put surgeons as serial killers (they know anatomy). Let's see :) Just hope it's not that obvious and pray for a bit of suspense and logical plotwist!

I never said to not talk about it... Look at the previous comments, they are full of rage and hate. Correct the wrong is right but let's do it with respect and understanding. It was obvious he is not Arab (he seems Indian but idk) but he played the role of a young billionaire which make sense for his behavior because a lot of them behave the same way. If you want an apology then almost every foreign representation needs one too bc they always put wrong information and cliches... I perfectly understand the complain but some of you make a huge issue about it as if you can't accept any criticism... Please be a bit more tolerant sometimes... :)

@lalylalyan @MBS20 How can you blame others to think Arabs are violent when you guys react like this? Official apology ? Sacrifice ? ... Com on kdrama misused and also said/did stupid stereotypical stuff about France (my country) in some series and yeah I agree it's a bit annoying, complete ignorance from Korea but does it justify your reaction? NO. Please be understanding - seems to be hard - and respectful. It's already great they add korean speaking foreigners for a big role so let's be proud and hope for a better representation next time :)
