Do you already have plans for that one week? to tell you the truth, the 1st time I watched Heartstrings, I kind of wish PSH would end up with the teacher too :P but then after I've watched it a few times, I actually think the drama has a good flow to it (: like how they don't force the relationship of the two main leads after he gets rejected by the dancer teacher, and how the drama also has other likable characters and not strictly about Yonghwa/PSH's love story - KOB is one of my favorites!!! how are you liking it so far? I know, YSY just brings a smile to my face and I would tear up a little when bad things happened, then get super excited when he was happy ^^ that show made bread seem like it was the most delicious thing in the world, I even went to a bakery shop to buy some :P - Had to google Akai Ito, it sounds interesting! I'm almost finished with K2H, I got temporarily distracted

That's so cool, you must really enjoy other languages ^-^ I wish we had Japanese classes, but I also took an ASL course in middle school but I only remember very very little like alphabet and colors ): I wish I was fluent too, I think it's very admirable of people that use their understanding of other languages to help others :D I'm fluent in Spanish since my mom is Guatemalan and I also know Portuguese but I'm not 100% fluent in it ): I used to go to missionary trips to Brazil so I learned by living with the people, but a few months ago I also bought a book to help me polish out what I lack and I'm learning really fast ^^ not perfect, but I understand it well enough to get by - ooh I wish for so many anime to become drama! Kimi ni Todoke for sure, Hanasakeru Seishounen, Maid-sama would make an okay drama, Toradora...so many more but some anime would be tough to make live-action

I think I already said this before but I started watching dramas when I mentioned to someone that I had watched Hana Yori Dango anime (: I didn't really like the anime because I watched it all blurry since the quality was pretty bad and it was slow and old, but then the girl that introduced me to K-dramas said that in her country they made BOF live-action drama so we watched it together :D I wish they would make more well made anime-live action dramas! so your friend is watching the HYD live-action first ^-^ he's a guy so he may or may not like it, depends if he's romantic or not :P wow you know so many languages!! Russian DOES sound hard (: in high school our French teacher was German so she would always put Disney movies in French and not really teach us much except for vocabulary words so I didn't learn anything at all TT-TT Should have taken her German class, maybe I'd learn more

No worries (: It's nice to hear from you again ^^ did you finally finish school? - Yonghwa's character in Heartstrings was kind of strange...at first he's super cold acting like a mean cool guy, then he becomes EXTREMELY obsessive and clingy -_- but I liked that he takes his time falling in love with PSH and she wasn't really his re-bound girl - and in YB he never even confesses ): so frustrating...I finally watched the BOF Japanese version Hana Yori Dango! it was so good, I can't believe it took me all these years :P have you started working on a new drama?

Yup, they're so innocent and cute (: I introduced dramas to a few people :D watching soccer is a lot of fun, it's not boring at all! - yup I finished it yesterday I was tearing up so much TT_TT it was such a cheesy but sweet ending, and I'm really really going to miss this drama (: I'll probably obsess over it for a few days, maybe weeks but I think the HYD/BOF story is my favorite!! - LOL for a guy I would introduce a drama like Coffee Prince, My GF is a Gumiho or Lie To Me :D my ex-bf really liked those but he really didn't watch a lot of dramas XD - ooh 3 mistakes is excellent, good job!!! are you almost done with school?

LOL me too, there's some shows that are not too bad, but I prefer the innocence and sweet stories from Asian dramas...sometimes I feel like I'm watching cliches but for some reason I learned to love that about dramas :D not like I want to expect everything that happens, but it's kind of nice to know that I can always rely on dramas to feel familiar (: oooh I LOVE soccer! I used to be in the soccer team when I was in high school our team was pretty good - I was pretty sporty so I did join sports teams, but I think some sports are funner to play than to watch ^^ are you planning to join the soccer team perhaps? that would be so cool you have my support :D but also, soccer is really really fun to watch, it's my favorite sport tied to baseball :D but it's not as popular in America as in other countries...people here prefer American football which to me is boring, I only like the Super Bowl

Ugh, I know the feeling, I'm finally home but the last two weeks of school are the worst -_- you're almost done though KRISSSU Hwaighting!! - my favorite American TV shows are all older ones like FRIENDS, 24, Dawson's Creek, Seinfeld, Super Natural, Criminal Minds and of course the Office ^-^ there's not much on TV that really grasps my attention anymore ): I still watch the Big Bang Theory, I think it's the only show that I watch on TV right now - I normally just prefer watching movies over American tv shows, but for Asian entertainment, I prefer their dramas over their movies

Yeah you're right, it also took me a while, but he gets really lovable :D I think in the Japanese version he's a little dumber than Gu Jun Pyo and the F4 don't seem as filthy rich as in BOF :P I never really rooted for Hanazawa Rui either, like in BOF there were a few times I did want Jihoo to win over GJP: 'take that you jerk!' - ah yeah! in BOF the mom was just powerful and cold, but in HYD she's a straight up witch, and the background song they give her makes her seem not much less heartless than Cruella De'Ville XD

I used to watch Gossip Girl! I didn't know other countries watched it, I remember we used to see it with my Korean friend years ago and she said that it was very racy and bold :P but I think she liked it too ^-^ I never finished the series though, it's just too long -_-

Here, they are usually 14-15 years old (: but I'll be teaching the kids that are barely getting into high school so in a really rare occasion there may be someone 13 years old like me, I was a year younger than everyone because I skipped a grade in elementary school - LOL I think every drama watcher goes through 'phases', like wanting to watch school dramas, melodramas, musical dramas, Song Joong Ki dramas ;) - TWTWB was pretty good, it was artsy and a lovely quality but there was something missing in the drama that I don't know what it was... it was really slow there wasn't enough anxiety that made you sit at the edge of your seat or anything like that...but the story plot was good and so was the acting! Song Hye Kyo, that lady had me convinced she really WAS blind! - usually I re-watch dramas I loved and scenes in dramas but it's not like I've rewatched everything I've seen so far

Only because I'm on a break right now and I got home but there's nothing to do here either ^-^ It's a 3 month break, but mine will only be 2 more weeks since I have to go to California and work :D I got a job as a summer school teacher aid for biology freshman high school kids (: I'm a re-watcher too, I buy the English licensed DVDs online, but there's a few that I really want that I can't find online like King of Baking or Innocent Man TT-TT I once bought unlicensed DVD and the subs were a mess so I don't want to do that again :P I've heard of that one it's the lady gumiho one (: I kind of forgot about the other 2 dramas I was watching last week so I'll have to finish those but I got engrossed in That Winter the Wind Blows and HYD XD Did you finish God of Study? how was it?

Yeah I like both for different reasons ^^ I'm already on ep.3 of season 2! I was up until 4AM finishing season 1 and started the next one LOL in season 2, the F4 friendship is emphasized better and I like Rui better :D I guess season 1 is more Domyouji+Makano story to build the bond between them (: I miss Domyouji being an idiot though T-T he's so serious when he comes back from NY but that happens in BOF too :P - I haven't watched Faith either but there's good reviews (: You mentioned you were watching Monstar, I wanted to watch that too when it finishes airing!!!

Me too but since it's supposed to be a high school setting I'm hoping that it's not awkward since the actors they got are all already in their 20's but then again it's not the 1st time that happens and others have done a wonderful job so I have a good feeling about this one too :D I don't remember Getter Jaani ): ah yeah, I loved the luxury of BOF, but HYD has a better lead female...I liked Jandi from BOF but I don't like how after ep.2 she becomes so weak...still, BOF is my favorite ^-^ I'm just biased probably :P HYD is pretty up there too, the guy that plays Domyouji, even though he's not as manly as Lee Min Ho, he's still very very hot @_@ but the character of Hanazawa Rui is a little annoying to me, in the Japanese version, he just seems to be in the way and they don't emphasize very much on the F4's friendship like they do in the Korean version

I finally got around to watch Hana Yori Dango 2005 (: I'm so surprised I never did, it's great! I guess I just love the story but I'm crushing on Domyouji :D Korean/Japanese he's still the lovable idiot XD

I did re-watch Reply 1997 ^^ I really liked it (: Oh my gosh KWB is going to be in Heirs! I wasn't 100% sure but now I'm totally excited :D Thanks for the English version of the Estonian song, it's so lovely!! and that lady is so pretty ^^ Right now I'm watching Hana Yori Dango 2005, I sooooo love it and I'm so surprised I've never watched it before :O it's so great!

I heard Estonia's Eurovision song for 2013! I loved it, it was so lovely!! I think it would even do great as a drama OST ;) I didn't know what the lyrics were about but it's the 1st time hearing Estonian, it sounds really elegant :D

Are you starting to get tired of dramas? I'm the kind of person that will obsess over something, then one day I wake up and I don't feel like doing/watching anymore so even though I'm not as obsessed as I used to be, I still have interest in dramas (: I was so busy being sorry for Seo In Guk's character in Reply 1997 too so I didn't really want the older brother to end up with Shiwon, mainly because he first started babying her since she reminded him of her sister, that's so messed up =_=

I KNOW! I watch with the timed comments, people are so funny XD I wish I could be having a conversation with them because the things they say have me busting out laughing X_X - Chappelle is my last name (:

It feels like somewhere in this world Dunder Mifflin closed down and my childhood is over T-T I think that the age of drama-watchers varies from early teens to 40s because there's so many different genres that people can pick depending on their preference (: aww don't feel awkward, it's good that you joined a community like this one of people that share your interests and hobbies :D when it comes to friends, getting along and being comfortable is the most important - oh yes, I can totally relate!!! In BOF, I was so heartbroken for Jihoo, My Girl, and in You're Beautiful I think was the most emotionally stressful drama because Yonghwa's character was so pitiful T-T at some point, I end up feeling sorry for the second lead in just about every drama I've watched...the only one that I think I never rooted for the second lead a little is Reply 1997
