In medicine biological age are more correct than the true age.
Example: A 25 year old can can look 20 years older although she is 25. And a 41 year old can look 20 years younger although she is 41.
Therefore here in Europe we think of a age as only as a number. Look at the President of France married to a woman who is 25 years older and he is happy with her!
