Mornin-9:00 Am wake up drink your fav juice/wine/mojito(your choice no restriction) and a handful of *insert your fav snack like pizza burger sandwich*
Noon- again your fav food like chicken,ham, rice, noodles whatever
Evening - go and eat outside with your love (doesn't matter platonic love or romantic)
Night- try to eat something healthy (after a very long day) like biriyani, hotpot,fried rice chilli chicken and other gorgeously cooked worldwide delicacies..
Note- cofee/tea is a must but don't drink more than two per day(genuine advice as I drink 4-5 cup per day🤣)
Basically in conclusion,eat whatever you want but just stay healthy, you have belly pouch means you AINT unhealthy... There's huugeee difference between being healthy AND obase/underweight 🤓
