MAGNIFICENT.Someone below said the movie has its flaws...I suppose, as nothing human can be perfect. But right…
Same here, after I start watching Korea film 2 years ago, I hardly ever ever watch Hollywood film anymore. This actors and several really talented Korean actors got me digging deeper into their project. At some point I started watching Japanese and Chinese film. A little different cultural wise, but they all have their technique and charm. Enjoy the Asian entertainment industry. I have seen a few Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam movies, but their technology just not as advance as S.Korea, Japan and China.
I was in union strikes twice in my life. It was frustrated and angry to see how hard these people fight snd being buried by the company. Apparently the strike in S.K and USA are different. They really need good lawyer, adviser and support from other union. Also gets the media on their side. It looks like they don’t have enough public support. … it is sad to see the gender inequality, corporate bully, harassment, threatening, violent…. people selfishness,…. I hope things will change and get better now.
It was hard not to cry. The two young actresses did a phenomenal job. Such good actresses at such young age. Hope they don’t grow up with PTSD due to having to act for this horrible true story.
(Side note: Instead of use Orca (killer whale), should use dolphin.)
