Hey, I just read your review of Ojakgyo Brothers and I truly understand where you're coming from. Although I found what the family's mother had done to be utterly despicable, I still understood her reasons (though this doesn't make it right). I gave the show a chance and I enjoyed this roller-coaster to the end and I thought the ride was worth it.
There are so many times where I wished to smack the characters on the back of their heads and tell them to wake the hell up but they got to redeem themselves at the end. So yeah, try and give the show another chance. You might not be able to imagine it now but, by the end of the show, you'll love the family so much that you'll miss them when you're out of OB episodes to watch~
Nobody wants to believe the worst of their favorite actor/actress. Whether we realize it or not, we do look up to them in a way.
I don't like the way people are still speculating about the issue with PSH. The woman in the case withdrew her case and there were several explanations to what happened that night that we have no way of knowing for sure.
I made my own opinion of what likely happened but it's nothing fully accurate. Just let the matter rest.
If PSH is guilty (which, to be honest I don't think he is--they could've been completely intoxicated for all we know), then he made a horrible drunken mistake that he is suffering for right now (nothing's worse than being ostracized), and if he's innocent, then he lost the faith of many of his fans and suffered without having done anything.
Either way, we as fans should try to support him in whatever way we can. As true fans. LOL.
The music is completely weird. Lol. One song is in Engrish (odd accent and all) and the other's in Arabic (I caught some of the lyrics, something about the spring of life). They should've sticked with plain Korean music, man. XD.
WHO the F*ck already scored this?? wth people, you cannot score a drama YOU HAVEN"T SEEN it's freacking that…
Exactly. Freaking idiots, that's what they are.
I think MDL should not allow people to rate before the airing of a drama. Seriously, it affects the rating so much because those who apparently "saw" the drama before it even aired don't end up changing their ratings.
I started watching J-dramas first but almost completely abandoned them for K-dramas. I still watch the odd J-drama but I still prefer Korean dramas. I think that there's something about Japanese acting that comes off as stiff (not always, of course) and I find Koreans' acting to be much more natural. I don't know how to explain it.
The story sounds ridiculous. Fashion company and whatnot. Can you say bleh? Ah, too bad. I wanted to watch something with Im Joo Hwan~ T_T Why, why, why??
To me, the most annoying second lead is Han Yoo Joo from Coffee Prince. She was so wishy-washy and just plain annoying that I couldn't buy her character. She jumps from man to man in the drama and we're supposed to believe that, in the end, she loved Han Seung all along? Umm, I don't know. She left Han Seung for that other guy and when she returned to Korea, she was interested in Han Gyul, and then she gets upset and jealous because of Eun Chan so she feels like hooking up with Han Seung again? I don't know.
Don't forget Hyo Rin from Goong.
She is the most evil B*** in KoreanDramaLand HISTORY,
Second that! OMG when she became obsessed with the Camilla story--God! So she refuses the prince's marriage proposal because of her ballet career (which I don't really blame her for because they were pretty young anyway) although he told her that he was probably gonna get married to some other girl. Then when he actually gets married, she puts her ballet career on a hold and decides to steal him away from the girl he's married to.
I wanted to *itch-slap her too many times to count.

But I really don't like Yoon Sang Hyun. His voice grates on my nerves. Couldn't stand him in TCYL and SG.
