Just finished it. Great drama but I feel like it could have been so much better all around. Not only the main story, but every side story as well ends up feeling half-assed somehow. Like there is no real payoff to anything.
For example all the hospital politics/corruption stories, there were so many scenes about them during the whole drama.. but in the end it just.. ended. Like nothing special happened. Boring.
Except the strong opening, there are no really exciting plot turns or events. After the first half of the drama, it just keeps going on and on and on.
The romance is super sweet, but super short. It ends before you know it. Could have been better...

Really looked forward to this drama after watching him in Jealousy Incarnate.

I also agree that it is a bit overrated. Many loose ends and a bad ending.
