Now it seems we are in the phase that everyone starts complaining about the drama, which often happens here on MDL after they finish airing. I can just say that Vincenzo was amazing, the team, the actors, the humor, the plot, the surprises and plot twists (it probably has the most iconic bad guy-reveal of all time). I simply loved the drama and I miss the days of it airing, it will definitely end up as one of the best of 2021. The merciless in the last episode was also iconic and shocking, the writer defintely didn't play it safe and I loved it haha. Well deserves that 9/10. BTW, just rewatched ep 8 and just LMAO... Cant wait for the writer's next project!
This drama is surprisingly good! I also like how it's shot and the creepy background music they play sometimes etc, it definitely has kind of a unique feeling. Love it!
As others have mentioned the second half was a bit underwhelming, I think what they needed was a killer plot twist…
AFTER ALL, somehow, it was one of the students who killed Seo Byung Joo! That would have been so awesome and made the drama more memorable. A reason could be being related to the boy who died in the hit and run case, a brother, and his revenge. But nope, they played it safe and it felt that Ko's trial was over even before it started and... the drama kind of ended without any real excitement. Missed opportunity in my opinion.
