Cho Na

I checked the Netflix trailer and teaser didn't see it, or maybe another trailer?

Based on the Ep 3 preview, when Hong Jo happily told Shin Ju that she thinks the love spell worked, I think Jae Kyung drank the potion, not Shin Ju. Logically, if Shin Ju accidentally drink the potion, that scene won't happen.

Yeah, I was confused too as of why he took her picture when the scene appeared in the intro of Ep 1, then when I found out that he's the land/shrine owner, it clicked.

When Shin Yu researched the writer of the potion book, a notable shaman Aeng Cho, he found out that Aeng Cho was killed by Jang Mu Jin. Hong Jo is definitely a descendant of the shaman since she is the book owner. As for Shin Yu, his surname is also Jang... Dun dun dun... so his ancestor killed her ancestor in Joseon time. Aeng Cho must be the one who cursed her killer and his descendants, including Shin Yu. That explains the bloody hands' manifestation...

In the trailer, there is a romance between Shin Yu and Hong Jo look-alike so they must be Aeng Cho and Jang Mu Jin. Probably she's accidentally killed by him or some misunderstanding.

The native drama title is translated as Irresistible Love/This Relationship Is Force Majeure (unavoidable/act of God, which means that because of what happened in the Joseon era back then: Shin Yu and Hong Jo are destined to be together, no matter at the moment he has a girlfriend and she has a big crush on Jae Kyung. As the trailer said: "Let's run away. Somewhere. Anywhere"... to the future.

My theory is the only one who can undo the curse on her is the descendant of the curse sender, which is Hong Jo.

My theory of what happened back then in the Joseon Dynasty based on Ep 2 (spoiler below):

I think his parents mentioned their relationship once in Ep 1?

His gf

Because he's the owner of the land/shrine. She trespassed his property. He took her picture just in case he needs to sue her later for vandalism or property damage.

Still the answer is no, if you compare it with Tomorrow. I mentioned the city civil cases as both Hong Jo and Shin Yu work for the city. Up to Ep 2 he quit his high-paid lawyer job and just started working for the city. I'm very sure they both will work together in some cases that bring both closer.

Nah, I hope that won't happen. That means the love won't be natural.

I don't think he's necessarily an A-hole. I think he's cynical about everything and everyone because of his disease.

Doesn't seem so. Although there might be the city's civil cases but the main plot is the romance and the curse.

Which one? You mean his robot who loves eating?

Yes he is

So Jin Cheng has been nagging Cang Hai for 1000 years to get married??? That's worse than your mother nagging you to get married... 😂😂😂

Ikr... the way he reacts to it, too. It's like being caressed 🤣🤣🤣

"The Grim Reaper is handsome"... Hahaha, right away my mind went straight to his drama Tomorrow... 😂😂😂

Yes, I like the story too cos it's a real time travel. You know it's rare for Cdramas, cos the production companies usually try to avoid it as those type of drama as they might not pass censorship or take several revisions. And I also already peeked into the ending (Ep 24 raw version) and it's HE. So I'm excited!

The reenactment of the kissing scene is hilarious 😂

Uhm... I eagerly clicked on this week's Ep 10 to see what happened to those two at the end of Ep 9, only to find out that the subplot has shifted. Darn it, I had waited for a week for that huge cliffhanger! 😒😒😒
