For those who watched the movie in Japan: is it a happy ending?

In the drama, there is a high schooler named Luo Didi, whose father has some kind of trouble. ML and FL are like 10 years older than her, so they took her in and acted like her parent. She is close to FL. Not sure if this is a change from the novel, or a new creation using a novel character name.

Did anyone submit the new ending date so MDL will change it? Cos I want to mark it as completed.

Oh, so hopefully there that character won't show up and the main couple get their HE cos they've gone through a lot of hardship...

I can't wait to see all six meet...

Who is the rival and the ex? Knowing the progress of the drama (I'm at Ep 18) Idk who they are. Cos if SML and SFL, Xiao Zhe and Yu An Duo, they become a lovey-dovey couple now and have their own story, meanwhile the main mystery is not solved yet for ML and FL. I don't see any other potential rival and ex in the cast list so far.

I saw it, haha. I thought you and I have different scene cos I didn't watch it on iQiyi. Yeah, it's hard to direct children extras to act. Luckily she didn't move much and the camera was back on him. I thought we caught the reflection on the cameraman like I saw in a drama long time ago!

I like the baseball cap he used in the ending scene... "Dangerous Design"... lol!

No, in the latest episode 6, SML lets FL go with ML after she broke up their engagement. FL stays with ML because she wants to resolve the issue of her forgotten past. ML also doesn't know what actually happened to her that she disappeared several years ago. They start to get close little by little.

I didn't watch the 05 version: Is there any romance plot between A Nu and Tang Yu? Cos, while Xiao Yao, Ling Er, Yue Ru, and Jin Yuan are embroiled in 'love square', A Nu and Tang Yu look so cute together...

Ikr... probably during the final shot there were only 3 people left: Ren Jia Lun, the director (who is a dude), and the cameraman. Everyone else is gone because it was snowing, so couldn't use any female extra.

It's a happy ending but you kinda have to interpret it that way. They won the final battle and the big villain dies, and world peace is achieved. ML and FL got married but she dissipated because of her illness. He gave the throne to someone else and looked for her for seasons. Finally he 'found' her in the old hut they used to live in. But of course, the usual Cdrama ending doesn't show her face but the door is opened, he looks up, and smiles. That's why I was being sarcastic in my post below about the door.

[Sarcasm]... That door has a modern technology sensor, it opens automatically when the facial recognition camera built inside the snowman identifies his face... I guess she was too busy filming another drama project that she had to leave in a hurry after building the hi-tech snowman... Nobody is there... 😒😒😒
