Oh my I never watched a drama similar to this one. They took care of every single detail and everything is made to perfection! Hands down to cast, music, acting and everything that goes along with it! I LOVE YOU (BAD) GUYS! <3

Ehhhhhh????? WTF with the ending? After all that trouble, tears and misunderstandings T_T I hate when a drama has a stupid, nonsense and "what did I just watched" ending!!! It'd be all better if the finished a drama with 12 episodes!
The story itself was good, I've always liked this kind of story-childhood friends falling in love, but after ep 9 it got boring and draggy. The chemistry was really good, passionate and romantic, the kisses were amazing, my heart was beating fast watching them close to each other and looking each other deeply, with a happiness and longing. Also the mom was the most annoying thing I've ever seen. She tried to understand her daughter which is normal for every mother in this world, but she didn't understand her at all!!! Also I liked narration of the beginning of every episode and definition of a different sorrows at the end of episodes. The words and conversations were mature and full of reality. No chessy stuffs or anything like that.
Lan Blue nailed in this role!!! My eyes were all focused on him and his amazing acting skills, this kind of roles does really suits him... a bad boy, but strong and protective man!
As for main girl, I'd not call her stupid but naive and innocent who tried to help and understand everyone and everything around her except for her own self!
I thought since the writer is the same as "In time with you" this drama will also be good, but they ruined everything in the last episode and I can't forgive them. The joy I had at the beginning of a drama went into the water with this unbelievably stupid ending -_-
Enjoyed a lot! Hands down to scenario, actors, acting, costums and to this drama! Relationship between Father and Son was indescribable beautiful! Perfect combination! And that would be nothing if there weren't HSH ahjussi and LJH who should win one big Oscar for the acting! I hope LJH will have more great roles in the future, cause he really deserves it! Oh and Kim Yoo Jung was great, talanted and beautiful, she'll get recognised in the futere more. Will rewatch it in the future.

Well yes, but I treated him like a friend right from the start to the end. I could feel at the end that he liked her, but that was very thin, cause most of the times they were like a friends and nothing more.
Very sweet and heartwarming drama! Gong Hyo Jin and Jang Hyuk were amazing as expected of two talented actors. Bom and Haraboji are the best thing ever. I'll never forget Haraboji's choco-pie ^-^

At first I wasn't interested, since I'm not a big fan of medical dramas, but this is more than that. First: THE most of my attention was on SHK's character, his character is what made this drama enjoyable and addicting I must admit that I got soooo into his character, like I could feel his feelings and emotions that I couldn't rate it lower than this. Ah, I musn't forget Professor Gim who was amazing! His role is some kind of hero- nice, sweet, understandable person, but that's just a mask to hide and forget his painful past.
Second: The story is addicting and it has it's course so it was never boring. Medical parts are very well made and romance fitted the drama as much as it should.
Overall, one big 9 from me!
