Why is there a scene where the ‚old‘ lzw talks to the young lzw at the airport? I thought the plane crash led to lzw waking up after the car crash he had in 2003 ? Why can two of them coexist

I‘ve finished this drama but i still don‘t get the scene at the airport where wqs thinks about whether to get on the plane or not (how does he know that the plane will crash) and who is the other guy? (Lzw??) why are there two lzw in this scene?
I actually came across this drama because i fell in love with the song „Miss you 3000“, not knowing it was a soundtrack for a drama.
I started this drama and was confused at the beginning because of the time travel aspect. Also the intro song „someday or one day“ didn’t make much sense to me back then. But further on almost at the last couple episodes i already started crying when i heard the intro song, which suddenly made so much sense. There is also this song called „see your voice“ from mo jun jie‘s perspective. I didn’t pay much attention to this song when I watched the drama because there where no subtitles but this is also such a beautiful song.

reading some comments, I don't know if i should start this drama. i was really looking forward to it, but don't wanna have so many episodes of them being not together... is it possible to watch the first few episodes and skip the episodes where they're separated?
