I listen to the ost every morning in the bathroom haha. You're right, this drama deserves much more than it gets here.

Unfortunately it's the kind of drama you see and forget 2 minutes after. Nothing original and it's too short to have a good story and good characterisation. The actors are good though.

You should just say that you don't find him appealing but not state it as a fact. I discovered this actor in this drama and I find him amazing and I'm glad he played this character.

Very frustrating drama. Actually there is no plot at all. The whole drama is gonna be this one misunderstanding and that's it 😅. Over and over again.

I'm learning mandarin and I love it when she speaks because her "accent" or should I say the way she articulates is really nice. But I definitely need subtitles haha.

And that's valid. Of course if the whole drama is happy and sad ending it's not good but I guess it really depends on the story. Personally, I can often go over a sad or open ending. If si enjoy the ride and it makes sense, it's fine. I don't mind but once again if it's not a surprise after a all happy drama.
For this particular drama I think the happy ending is more logical but who knows? (Rhetorical question, I don't want to know before 😅)

In my opinion, it's because a lot of people watch dramas to feel emotions. And when you have a non expected ending, you feel strong emotion. When it is coherent with the story, why not? Life is also unexpected. I don't mind open ou sad ending but I just don't want to know before watching. Because what is thrilling is not knowing.
I started another dramas of ML and I was enjoying it but someone had to spoil the ending... I'm still watching it because it's really good but it did ruin it for me to know what is going to happen. 🤦‍♀️
