I dropped Lovely Runner after 3 or 4 episodes. I didn't get the hype for it. This one hooked me up from episode 1. I hope it will last.

Episode 1 was a bit hard to follow to be fair because they explained everything and introduced everyone. But episode 2 was different because it was still hilarious but they put deep and emotional scenes as well and I found it more interesting and dynamic. I hope you'll like it when you try it later 🤗

There's a major issue that couldn't sit well with me and prevented me from resonating with the ML. ML neglected…
He's not the perfect main character here. He's full of defects (not just him) and yes he has abandoned his wife and child because he was addicted to going to the past to try to save his boss. He felt guilty and became alcoholic. But broken characters are very interesting to me. I don't think people who loved the drama and loved the ML were saying he was perfect or he made the good choice. He's just human and we can sympathise with him. I can understand him (and my father was alcoholic).
