I think it was implied it lasted a few days. Even before she left she was already regretting it.

Don't forget that the King kidnapped her and forced her to stay away from her family and forced her to marry him. It's totally normal that she wouldn't fall for him first even if he's nice otherwise. The king understands it in episode 24.
