I only watched 11 episodes and even though I loved them, it's just slow. Unfortunately I've read some spoilers that it's not going to go faster so I don't know if it's worth watching the remaining episodes if it's always the same pining. It was fine for 11 episodes but not for 20 or 24.

Until now the doctor didn't show any signs of being a bad guy. He seems to want to help people genuinely. I agree he's hiding something but it could be something else.
I like the way they stare at eachothers, they're cute and they have chemistry. But the plot is boring and it's too short as always, so it's too superficial.
I haven't read the webtoon but so far this drama is really well done and good quality. Just watch it now 🤭😅
You can definitely feel that there is someting deep going on behind the fluff. The acting is really good as well as the production and the music. Some attitude is questionable from one of the ML but it's intriguing. Overall a good surprise.
