Ask again next week. In my opinion I don't think they're going to end together but who knows. But as you said this drama is more about intricacies of divorce than romance. It's interesting but if you need them to end together, wait for next week episodes.
Second chinese historical drama for me after A league of nobleman. But it seems a whole different genre. People are flying in the air🪽🤭🤭 I don't say I don't like it but it's quite funny watching them flying and fighting in the air while spinning. I'm just not used to that and I wasn't expecting it 😀

Yes I don't mind this ending either. Because it would be realistic. My problem is thar Hara is too selfish to be with Eunbeom. Even if he goes to therapy and changes his mind, she is going to take advantage of him. The way she tried to manipulate him with his mother was too much... He deserves someone who respects his choices and values.
I'm not sure we can lay the failure of their marriage entirely at the feet of his abusive childhood but I fear…

My thoughts about episode 9: for me it was one of the best episodes in terms of realism. Nothing is black or white in real life and real relationships. Nobody is 100% right in an argument. I absolutely love the topics in this drama. Maybe it's because I relate to both of the leads in different ways. Same with the case couple. When you don't have all the information you can think this one is right and the other is a bad person. But it's not that simple. I'm a 41 years old woman who has been told all her adult life that she should get married and have kids. I didn't want to and I felt bad for that. Now people tell me that I will die alone and that I'm selfish. But how many persons have a child and regret it all their life but do it because it's "normal". (last group scene in the office). I like that this drama explores different views on this topic. Because you have to be yourself to be happy. Making concessions is mandatory but not about children. Once again the main couple have problems in their relationship because they don't want to same things in life. But we knew it was coming.
I didn't know the actor playing Shulin as I'm quite new to chinese dramas but he was excellent and he frightened me. The way he played this tortured and seemingly cold man, was impressive. Even if I understand why he became crazy and obsessed with revenge I can't help being scared by him and his plot. All the actors were great 🤗
I've just finished this drama and I loved it🥰! I liked the pacing, the acting, the music, the plot and the photography. The bromances are good. I would love a second season.
This comment section is tiring and depressing. Half of the comments is accusing one character of being the culprit and convicting him. The other half is talking about the age, appearance and clothes of the FL. To enjoy the drama, I think I'll stop reading them altogether...
