He chooses to ignore every time FL is not comfortable and he manipulates her to do things. It's subtil but still here. And the whole situation with his mother was awful. The way he kept pushing her to meet his mum and bond with her. It's just a feeling that I have that his attitude is suffocating. The little brother was around 15 yo at the funeral so it could still be the assistant if they say he's around 25 now. The actor playing the assistant is 29 so it could still be him. I feel if it was the new student they would have shown the brother in the funeral looking 8 years old instead of a teenager.
