I'm currently in the middle of episode 4. And I was thinking the same! They're on his horse. I was thinking, if I had to act like a man all my life I would still have the attitude of a man. I think they didn't really need to explain or they did and we didn't see. But they both knew they were still in love and they both knew their mistakes. No need for explanation. They found eachother back
