Probably not the way you're expecting with intense gazes and 9-camera-angle deer in the headlight kisses but there's a hint. The main leads become good friends, they trust each other and in recent episodes they're changing the bgm when they meet into a more romantic one, probably to hint their affection for each other is changing. In fact, there's a scene in her house where he comes out of the bathroom brushing his teeth that is so natural I'm considering them a couple already. They have chemistry as the actors are really comfortable with each other off screen too :v the main plot here is how YDS were fooled by the real owner of the diary, if he'll find it out and what he'll do about it.

They met when they were kids -a few (1 or 2) years passed- the accident happened. -lots of years passed- moon cha young is dealing with her post traumatic disorder, she meets kang is sent to lybia, she meets his friends when they both (separately) receive the news kang is in a coma -more few years passed- his friend is trying to date moon cha young for a long time and the day she accepts, kang returns -some time passes- she breaks up with the guy bc she has feelings for kang and goes to greece -few years passed- kang goes to greece and then it's all present and that's it. Just what happened to lee min hyuk? I mean I wasn't taking him seriously but he's right there threatening his cousin for nothing. Also that rich homeless girl was fun then she turned into a stalker and now she's trying to keep KW from SY, she's scary really. This shit is not healthy. So my conclusion is: if you take the love triangle and the stalker girl out, it'd be a light and nice drama with pretty people eating and taking care of each other and falling in love.
