I think as you said they wanted to show us the calm before the "warn" and how they were all "happy" going in Joseon despite the backdrop of the thieves and bandits it the commercial towns. But now it will go bloody af, I was expecting a little be goofiness even if it is a serious drama but Namkoong Min acting is like that but Eun Jin is killing it with this main roles she has been given lately she nailed to his acting like even when she was calling him ugly and telling him "I hate you" I could feel the tension, I don't mind if this is a SE or HE I think I will enjoy this a lot.

I saw the intro on ep 1 and it seems a Sad Ending but who knows, they might be misleading us, anyways after i was done with episode 2 I dont care how it ends I just want to see their story unfolds....both main leads made me feel butterflies and Namkoong hasn't been in a historical or romantic drama in years....can't wait...

I don't mind I want to see their story unfold.....that bickering back and forth like namkoong hasn't been in a romantic drama let alone historical....but my girl Eun Jin is nailing it those back and forth like a pro......

I don't mind Gone with the Wind Joseon times.....it is a classic that can be adapted to any country, time, era....

I JUST CAME TO SAY...I F... LOVE THE FIRST 2 EPISODES, I don't care what kind of ending they have... Im camping here until it ends, Im already swayed by both main leads characters, I knew Namkoong was going to nail anything they give him such a seasoned actor, but Im impressed with my girl Eun Jin presence she really was onpar with Namkoong acting those back and forth lines they threw at each other and the chemistry is a given already.... can't wait for the turmoil to come, bring it on Im ready for the pain !

I didn't watch the original from Spain lol and my first language is spanish lol I waited for the Korean version that's how Im so stuck with Korean films/dramas, I live in USA all my platforms have only Korean content my kids are like come on mom come back to the western, but Ive been long gone for almost 10 years now lol.

Same Same I think they are just showing the calmness of Joseon before war erupts and their love story will be unfold amid all the chaos...so it will be a roller coaster of feelings, I already loved the scene of Ryan Eum singing, also a possible big cliffhanger when season 1 (10 eps) finishes and then it returns in October with another 10, Eun Jin has become one of my favorite actresses, after watching The Good Bad Mother with Lee Do Hyun and her wow the chemistry pouring, as main leads, she nailed that character with big pins and she got me at Hello Im actually watching because of her because I know Namkoong is a given. So far so good.....

look up in the description next 10 episodes will be released in october maybe production was delayed so they released first half and halt, just like Alchemy of souls last year a break between episodes that's the thing with long and big productions....

OMG everyone already knows what the drama is about Seo In Guk and Park So Dam are main, and Go youn jung and Kim Ji Hoon might have some extended presence then the rest will be episodic reincarnations of SIG character some might be only a few minutes scene others an episode, the whole drama will run for 6 episodes so let's enjoy the assembled cast and prepare no one will stay forever.

im ok with Amazon prime I got all of them, the only one that gave me hard time was Disney+ because I didn't want to subscirbe to Hulu but now they bundled up Disney+Hulu so no choice......

by the first episode the synopsis nails it but there is a lot to it more.....not a path of roses in the romance area as everyone thinks tho but Im hooked!

Just finished the first episodes, and this drama will have lots of layers, will be sweet and sour and not a path of roses for their love lets prepared is a 20 episode drama......they nailed it for me because both are not the typical lovey dovey characters of saeguk dramas so it will be interesting for me....

It is a 20 eps drama lots of open plots in the first episode is not going to be a path of roses for them, these are the good times before it gets really dark.....

I loved episode 1, Namkoong in historical, Eun Jin chaotic acting/character love it, this will be a nice ride but I can tell very poisonous ride. Hope is HE it is divided in 2 seasons of 10 eps each so lets go with the beauty and the pain.......I know Im hooked by the end of the episode and it did it for me!
