I think he knew Naksu somehow or why did he appear in her house and he didn't do nothing to take her soul out of that body he just said there is a powerful soul in there, so he knows Naksu was there already, and if he didn't he obviously had said there are 2 souls but he only mentioned one with his powers he can tell there are 2.

well, I think fandom is divided at this point, but you all have to understand MuDeok doesn't exist she is a blend of two souls, that eventually will have to sepaate...he won't end up with her. By will come back and naksu as well (don't know exactly how , have my theories) but there will be a split of souls so we will see.
