Isnt the ice stone parted in pieces it might be engraved in Jin priestess from generation to generation and the other part is with the family of mages that belong to the Queen she mention Chi family or something like that.
My guess is that the actual Mu Doek is the Ice stone as in she is not a person but a relic or an illusion made…
