Both are very slow burn and simple dramas but you need lots of patience to watch it lol some call it a master piece I would say slice of life show/drama

same same....Ill have a bucket and a box of tissues next to me for final episode or I hope they lingering around for as many years possible lol

lol as you I watched a long time too so I thought she died at the end....I think they bonded throughout him being trapped in the city and working at the hospital since she was a nurse there, but not romantically IMO they both look amazingly good together but it seems this drama is not gonna happen

Probsnly same thing that happens in other boards they see flaws and they rated very low pulling the rating down, hopping once it ends it goes up.

In my opinion they all bad, they just playing palace politics and is his purpose or motto in life (PGW) is not to have another tyrant as king, that's why he get it that YJ is fitted to be a real queen and help the king rule for the people, he even tried to make queen dowager a wise queen but she is too emotional and his puppet, so now once she feels threaten she is acting all childish...I can't stand her tbh I used to think she was a victim of PGW not anymore.......

I don't think she will ever get it...same with Queen Dowager they are not fit to be Queens....both are too emotional and latest a puppet to PGW and he knows it that's why he sees in YJ a real queen.

Well , IMO since young age crown prince/king has a burden with the YJ's parent death, his mother killing herself in front of him, since they were killed by PGW because mom poisoned herself to protect son, so I understand his internal frustration to be or not to be with YJ given the burden, teary eyes we know since ep 1 this was a very emotional king so was his dad, so I understand his teary eyes almost burst into crying mode he always carries most of the time since it is out of frustration being the king his hands are tied to do whatever he pleases and needs to follow palace politics, which I think YJ is more fitted to play with since she is not that emotional but clever at it, that's why PGW thinks she is more fitted to be the Queen and rule the palace, he needed someone like her because Queen Dowager is more of a puppet/emotional wreck no need of her tbh she is as emotional as the king. Actually my 2 favorite characters are YJ and PGW.

How good it was both the king and councilor working together for their own reasons to save the future Queen, and upmost the queen is one true politician deceiving the King of the real culprit with the councilor....I hope this dynamic works till the end tbh I haven't hated PGW character since I understand for the time there were certain politics some must follow.....all people in palace to get power must play the game including king and queen

Exactly this writer so far in consistent so it won't give us that showdown for nothing....

We see him bits of him here and there but just after the reveal it made sense

Exactly he wants to make it up I dont think the change is drastic he has been changing for her unwillingfull knowing it lol like his surprise bday party for her she thought he was possesed and that was before him going back.
