I love it love it ate those first episodes overnight....I love Esther but i haven't been that amused by Yu Xi but he looks so cute in historical....nevethless, I love this set up, FL and ML of this drama are support leads in that novel.....and those comedic punches by Esther at the over dramatic set up of the novel...great casting tho! I hope the ratings go up so more people watch this drama and don't miss out! i love this kind of light, wuxia, rom-com dramas......

Most of the people that watched C-version, are comparing too much, while us first timers are enjoying and contemplating the tale for the first time in another light and I have no problem with 2nd dad story while Sanah dad is one of my fav ahjussi actors he got the chops to deliver too and the scenes he has given he is on point and also makes the family by choice plot relevant as a whole. Well that's my opinion!
wasn't as popular as WCAY I don't think the korean male lead/japanese female lead works out IMO that was even in Netflix and 10 or 12 eps this only has 6 eps and has been #1 in Viki since pe 1 in 132 countries including USA, UK, Canada, etc. but that just my opinion with the mixing of cultures.....

TBH the reason that WCAL is working, is because the Female lead is Korean and the character is not childish even in their falling in love era in Japan, IMO out of 3/10 japanese female lead characters are good they make them very cartoonish wise.. also Ill be a little biased here for me Kentaro is one of the 10 all around young actors in Japan so they pick one of the best in melo to play Jungo.... . E love you is JFL and KML netflix OTT and it was an ok drama, but Good Luck!
