I took my daughter to the hospital for that she didn't like to eat fish because of the fishbone and after that one time she got traumatized and won't eat at all. Some people react different ways and If i remember well she also didn't like eat fish same reasons some people are lazy to take the bones out before start eating lol.

I never saw FL going on a blind date as cheating, he knew about it even challenged her, and she was being pressed by the colleague friend although she kind of acted immature at the restaurant but she never met the guy and ML was aware the entire time, then they mended that misunderstanding about Nepo girl and she pushed away her co-worker offer after and haven't seen her since then acting about "cheating again" , if you are into real Chinese or Korean culture when you reach the age of marriage which is like 27+ family, friends. co-workers try to put you in a blind date as a favor and a culture thing and is not a bad thing is a cultural thing even here they do that I had friends like that, I had a korean fiend I met at work like 10 years ago, I remember he used to attend this church in NY and his lead at that church put him in a multiple blind dates only once I saw him liking someone or going out to eat with the group with her but after that he still single goes on blind dates he has no time to meet but all his SNL is about going out with his friends and I bet my life he is gay but he can't express it he was born and raised in Korea so it's hard for him to break the chain. About Chinese women that's another breed Ive met a few here in East Coast that were born and raised there and now are here but they work their a... off and they tell me about this other breed you talking about but I dont think is only a Chinese thing young girls in all over the world that have been mesmerized by the Asian dramas have higher expectations but those are the immature ones the ones that can't separate fictional world and reality lol.
It is like in my early 20's I wanted someone like Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Hugh Jackman etc. but I knew that was just ficitional world up to this time I met Song Joong Ki in real life lol my crush for him dissapear after meeting him IRL for some reason I also met Hugh Jackman but he still my hubby for 24 years in my fictional world lol

yeah i binge until ep 8 I think on Viki it was fine but then I switched to K because they were on par with the releasing episode and Viki was behind for much I want to skip a day I can't so I have to watch it with the bad subs I will have to wait until it is over and give it a re-watch on viki bec it will end on the 21 so I don't see we will have massive release...

Since episode 1 lol and we see his POV i did lol and Miles kind of took me back also she being clueless about his crush....

i know i just enjoy the ride i barely watch this kind of dramas in Cdramas but is Miles and Karlina they both are my faves and when I get two of my faves as MC i don't care the world can collapse i just enjoy the ride....

She does, but as of right now we only know his side, maybe she also had a crush but he was the most sought for guy so she never really thought he would fancy her until his dad passed away she had real interactions but he had his eyes on her way before..... we probably will find out later on once he tells her about his "one sided love" for 10 years.

put it this way, for a CDrama the cliches are there but I don't care I don't cringe and I just enjoy every single of them.....

Lol I see so many Subeoms in this forum of You are my secret, wonder why lol maybe our trope of He loves her first, she never knew, and now as adults he still a loser for her no matter what lo.....I love this drama since ep 1 and is in LR the hate for the FL but I think people understand her more....

this last episode I had to watch with horrible subs because Viki is one ep behind and I can't wait I just enjoy how "realistic" their showing their growing feelings for each other specially from FL POV since we see male POV everyday at end of episodes but she doesn't know the slightest idea of what he has done or felt for her all these years.....that's why I gave her the benefit of the doubt since people have been hating on her character how insecure, how she does the male lead, but she has been a happy person in her life those parents adore her which can give a lot of insecurities emotionally and she was never top of the class like ML so she would struggle a lot more than the rest of the people in there unless she got connections like Nepo girl or is smart wits as ML, and both SLC. Im glad ratings are going up and it is trending here on MDL because for me this year it has been the on CDrama that caught my attention this year present time or work environment.

XiaoNing is such a Sweetheart ❤️Call her all you want Karlina is doing such a great job at portraying this female lead OMG I love her.... that scene cutting his hair in the terrace such a married couple life...they married period and they won't let go of each other no matter what.....she said it...and if I doubt of any that would be XiaoNing...because we know this year in dramas is losers in love and Yuheng is one of them.....he won't let go of her after loving her for 10 years.....

well, the events of their marriage are not going as planned but I guess that's how arranged marriages for Chinese people works, I live in NJ and I met a young Chinese client he is chinse born in USA I would have never guessed he married by family arrangements in this time his excuse he didn't have time to date get to know etc. Already been married to his wife its been 2 years but he told me they married and started living together, they liked each other at the beginning date while already married, he told me he let his parents choose but they first need to like each other and it worked...so Im guessing our leads are not far from real life arranged marriage tho.... Im enjoying it the ride it is not perfect but it is the only CDrama that has caught my attention this year (present time, office setting)

i don't think she will tho, also she is right to tell him to go and see her I feel he doesn't want to relive the trauma of losing someone again and he is avoiding, also he is in the wrong to mixing work with what she was calling him for.... anyway I think this will bring them together someone said by episode 20 they will be married....

For the first time I disagree lol I usually go for the 2 couple in this one I looove MC but also love the slow burn of Jin/Zhao romance story lol we will have 2 office romance soon lol

exactly it is called cheating when the other person doesn't know and what are the intentions about so he knew why and how things happened....so no it is not cheating....
