ive been Karlina's fan for years she is not a traffic actress something like Li Qin but they keep getting the roles, and was excited I like Miles but almost all his jobs are the same so when I have a MC in a project together I enjoy it the most lo, my favorite karlina's job is Shining for One Thing is time traveling and HS romance, when I watched Lovely Runner my favorite drama this year, reminded me of that drama. OMG thank God your comment, Ive been saying why everyone is hating on the FL i even saw a comment comparing karlina's beauty to WZM that wasn't directed to FL character but the actress. But anyways right now we are on ep 8 too soon there is so many things FL doesn't know about ML that we viewers know so she needs to know as well but he doesn't open up to her so Im actually enjoying it as it is. He already loves her and she will fall harder once she knows.

In here I feel both have flaws but they will grow together, in a drama I can be annoyed at the ML it is really rare Im annoyed at the FL because Im not biased I picked dramas were I like both so I can enjoy it to the fullest, I dont pick dramas were I like ML and not FL because I won't enjoy it, so far we are on ep 8 yet too soon to make judgements I will see by episode 15-20 and make judgement about characters by then they should have grown into the relationship I hope he opens up more, doesn't bottled up and she sets boundaries work is work, home is home.

same about he 1 ep a day lol I know kdramas are the worst but chinese dramas drop the bomb in a week or two lol or to make it harder for us 2 in a day but this is killing me

well you have your point of view about the FL and I have my point of view about ML, maybe because I like both actors the same i give the benefit of the doubt to both and we are on ep 8 i feel they both have flaws but we are going to get to the point were both will love each other the same or maybe she will love him more. Karlina had a similar role in Shining for one thing at the beginning the ML was not even noticed by her but eventually her feelings went from -0 to 200 so I think this is going to happen, I haven't read this novel but they said many things were changed so lets see, how it unfolds....maybe by episode 15 or 16 I can have a better judgement of MC characters

Why would you, She doesn't know anything he doesn't tell her about his crush, he is following on whatever to see what she likes or wants, in this case she is clueless about his real feelings if he opens up to her and talks it out she would know all the sh... he does for her but I think eventually it will all come to place and now he loves her more but she will love him bunches.

That's where I don't agree with you all, while I was watching ep 8 I realized what the problem is between them two for now and I think they will both will love each other sooo much, once the FL realizes all the things ML has done since they were in HS/College, at this point the FL doesn't know what ML does for her 1. He has had a crush on her for years (she doesn't know) 2. All the bts we see of him doing for her she doesn't know either like cooking for her what she likes etc he is following in weibo or wechat I guess that's how he get the info. They both don't really talk and as his mom has said about him he bottled up himself and he does the same to the FL she does has flaws but he also does, about the ex boyfriend it is about the other guy that is always stuck to him and works in same company that's why she doesn't want him to know not the boyfriend, but I think he will soon, and she has also expressed to him that she doesn't want anything with him he is just been persistent and is clingy to the other exboyfriend of the best friend to win her back. IMO they need to be more open ML should be especially about the crush for her since college that will make more sense to the FL to be open to his sudden feelings.

Oh read the novel, in the novel she is supposed to be insecurity about her looks. although I like this drama because Im tired of the over glamorous aesthetic of the actors sometimes for me I rather like plot, acting over looks.

Well in the novel, it is also like that ML is very handsome and FL plain Jane (although I personally think Karlina is beautiful) but they kind of glam her down.

that's a slow burn relationship she is his little rat, but you got no idea where this family ends up, a fun ride. It seams it is the translation or something but not even ji Hwan or her get upset by him calling her little rat.

Probably they just bought Lovely Runner unfortunately not to the entire world just some countries, i don't know about it. Im in USA so LR is not in Netflix here.

Oh my favorite family is gone, I really enjoyed this drama and wasn't even in my radar. Kudos for everyone they did an excellent job MC, support cast and crew. Loved it!

I think both have flaws and there will be this kind of growing together, she is outspoken he is introverted in their real life and at the job place because he is the boss and she is a contract employee is the opposite, i feel they need to put boundaries if not the relationship will not work, we are too early to like or dislike Im going with the flow I like it over all, also i like both of them parents...they need to fix and separate work related issues and don't bring them home because it is hard enough to keep a healthy relation ship when they don't have to clash for work too.

Maybe we have some character development also adjusting time, it is a 32 ep drama...im liking the family part like both his mom and their parents very supportive ones not the ones we usually see in dramas, maybe their characters are not as in the novel, is Miles character like this? He seems introverted cant communicate well either but in the job environment he is kind of those tough bosses.....

Ive been waiting for this to be released since it was announced and I love when two of my faves are in a drama as MC I love it....one thing I see miles finally in something different than the predominant CEO....like he is simp from the beginning for FL and I love this trop lol

Im on episode 5, at this point she has the doubts, she doesn't know why he picked her, and she is insecure, Im ok with this version lol I know many 27 yo that act wishy washy not everyone is mature...but anyways I like the FL in the drama well Im biased I like Karlina from long before....soooo Im fine
