I would disagree with you, I dont like medical or legal dramas but I watched Defendant bec of Ji Sung w/o the romance and I finished it and wasn't disappointed only drama I watched with no romance, Im watching this and I like everything the little bit of everything and I like the romance thrown at it as well....it's my current favorite korean drama I wouldn't watch a medical drama anyways they usually very bored to me.....

Oh I started that one on episode 1 but wasnt dawned to it I'm trying currently watching a Chdrama Me .Fighting and the Ksrama I sont love you yet which keeps me busy while I wait for DOctor John I'll probably pick that one when I dont have nothing interesting but for some reason IU doesnt make it for me I loved Scarlet because all the other 7 or 9 princes ???? lol
I dont care much about medical dramas, Im a sucker for romance but the every week subplots and the main story of the leads plus the acting, script chemistry....I never thought two people in hazmat suits could make my heart fluster this much......waiting for more, I wish this was a 20 episodes show because I crave Doctor John every week......
Why good dramas are never popular....I have watched 4000 episodes of dramas and half of them are total garbage tbh just to pass time....but I wait every day for Viki to sub 2 episodes since I started watching this on Saturday Sandra Ma and Deng Lun delivered those lines so realistically like I feel I am there with them and the cinematography is so good like I am watching a movie....I feel like after watching this I won't be able to move on with this pair and this story....

Viki has all 10 episodes released subbed already Im enjoying it....watching that one Jdrama, Mr. Fighting ChDrama and Dr. John Kdrama my 3 top at the moment.....
