I adore Kim So Hyun so much BUT I can't stop my self from slowly hating her character here...I wish the writers…
I think they will do it, they have to make her a stronger character at least last episodes if not what is her use at all, Hwa Goon I read her synopsis since episode 1 about her character and it stated that she was going to help the King despite family opposition because of her unconditional love towardshim and although the King love for someone else, so I already knew this was going to happen, my mainly complain is that the love story between the main leads is not that great I feel lack of chemistry between them, I dont really know how it developed to this great love that doesnt even let king waver towards Hwa Goon after all she has done for him, she told him her name at the beginning and up to this episode 32 he still doesn't call her by her name. I think Hwa Goon will die or will run away since his grandfather might even kill her she will defend the king until the end. Maybe Ga Eun will help the King get rid of the fake king and put him in the throne while Hwa Goon helps him get rid of her evil family clan.

So you are saying that the characters are given to a specific actress instead of the actors accepting the roles and audition for it.... I think overall the writing and plot of this kdrama is all over the place.

People keep blaming on the writers, but I think i KSH characterization of Ga Eun, she looks so young to carry a historical drama, and plot wise they have invest too much time on the non existent love story (main leads chemistry is lacking) IMO
I will not gonna lie, from episode 1 the only character I care in this drama is Hwa Goon and up to now she hasn't disappoint me, well my bias is Yoon So Hee I love her in everything she does...and she picked this role so perfectly.....I know she has a tragic end since she love the King so much but why dont you go far away to a deserted island and take Gon with you at least lol.....I wish for more good projects for YSH

You said it, Im enduring it because my bias are those two, and they impressed me as second leads, they are carrying the drama in their own ways without even interacting with each other.

Oh I had stop watching because the lack of chemistry between the leads and the dull character development from KSH but I watched some youtube vids and watched ep 29-32 just because of Hwa Goon, I love her character since episode 1 so unapologetic when it comes to save the man that she loves despite everything and everyone, even when he doesn't even remember her name let alone love her back......I think my bias love for YSH has increased with this character she portrayed even if she dies , I hope the writers give her a happy ending, I dont care if she is in house arrest with Gun only as a companion that would be a happy ending better than die because of her love for the king.

You will love 31 & 32 more....I feel HG has been my favorite character so far...well Yoon So Hee is my bias, so was MS (L) but he lost me when he became evil still my bias, just shows how good actor he is now, but HG loves goes beyond selfishness.... and I feel so much chemistry between these two much more than with GE.....
Can we all Circle lovers, give the show a 10 rating please? Even if you find one or two flaws, but at least give credit to our beloved Kdrama and already missed cast & crew.

That's my theory tho, but no one actually saw him on that year he cut ties with everyone that year so it might be someone else in 1993. He doesn't necessarily has to go back if we find out who is Ji Hoon's real dad, because I don't picture Hyun Jae being his dad, he acts very cold towards the BoHee that I find it weird for him to go back in time only to get her pregnant, since it seems like a one sided love.
I think all the twists made it better for all of us watching live, I never enjoyed a sci-fi show like I did with this. Too bad, it is not for the liking of everyone.

OMG I haven't enjoyed a thriller/sci-fi kdrama ever, but this one was special my baby Jin Goo did an excellent job portraying Woo Jin, this show deserves a lot and a 2nd season it will be forever be loved by us circulators lol Im gonna miss you guys so much.....
