i have started this today . i kept delaying watching it cause i thought it would never be as good as the og novel…
Esther is the only chactress that can't act this way and don't make me cringe or feel embarrassed lol never heard about the novel but the drama alone is pure and beautiful to me, like I drop 95% of chdramas I get bored, this one we even made me share my love for this drama we made zoom watch for the last 3 days and now I can't find anything i like.
Ling He fans.... enjoy him I loved this interview!!!! Definitely he is similar to CH character very articulated, gentle and polite...but I cant imagine 4 of them in a frame it seems Esther, Dylan and Him have become real good friends just throw Bai Lu in that combo I can't imagine who will defend who in this frame.....
There is this trend that I lately don't follow depending on how a character is built, i dont expect the main male lead to ultimately likeable but even if he has his many flaws he has to have his reasons to be certain way and that's how a writer can make the male lead believable not liikeable, if you understand what I mean. Im not a reader but I read the POV of some readers Ive watch many many drams based on webtoons, novels or mahwas but fortunately not knowing about the original characters/content makes me enjoy the drama more.
