According to Edaily on the 11th, the Seoul Central District Court rejected an appeal from Garo Sero Institute (Gaseyeon) on June 10.
Earlier, the court gave Gaseyeon a temporary order telling them to stop stalking or harassing Kim Soohyun. Gaseyeon didn’t agree with this and tried to fight the order by filing an appeal, but the court has now officially denied that appeal.
On the 11th, Kim Soohyun’s legal representative from the law firm LKB & Partners confirmed to OSEN, “It’s true that the court approved the provisional seizure.”
They explained, “There are several provisional seizure cases. First, there is the seizure of Garo Sero Institute’s (Gaseyeon’s) donation account. That was done on May 20, and in that case, both actor Kim Soohyun and his agency, Gold Medalist, are joint creditors. Then, on June 9, Kim Seui’s personal residence was provisionally seized, and the creditor in that case is Gold Medalist.”
With the court’s recent decision to approve the provisional seizure, attention is now turning to the police investigation. Kim Soohyun reportedly completed his full statement as the complainant last month at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul.
The police requested a statement from Kim Seui as the accused, but he postponed it twice, citing the presidential election as the reason. The date for his next appearance has not yet been confirmed.
Garosero is in big trouble. Today 4 more people filed lawsuit against him. He already had more that 10 lawsuits going on.
1. Reporter Kang Kyung-yon. Garosero said Reporter Kang Kyung-yoon visited the home of a whistleblower living in New Jersey and threatened him to not release the recording. In response she filed a lawsuit & released her immigration documents which shows she never visited USA.
2. Attorney Ko Sang-rok. Garosero said Attorney Ko Sang-rok contacted the informant & threatened to kill him and sent 5 lawyers in his house in New Jersey. In response he filed a lawsuit against Garosero, Kim saeron's representative lawyer Bu ji Seok & the unidentified Informant.
3. Kang Yong-seok. Garosero claimed Kang Yong-seok sent a voice message attempting to persuade the New Jersey informant by receiving money from Kim Soo-hyun's side. Kang Yong-seok said he never knew about existance of any informant & he never had any contact with Kim Soo Hyun or his Agency. He filed a lawsuit and challenged Garosero that if he have any proof that he contacted any informant then file a counter lawsuit against him.
4. Byun Hee-jae. Garosero said Media Watch's Byun Hee-jae also received money from Kim Soo-hyun and contacted the informant. In response he posted in his blog he don't know any informant & he have no Connections with Kim Soo Hyun. He said he filed a police complaint right away.
All these 4 people are enemies of Garosero. Looks like he's using Kim Sae Ron's issue for his personal revenge & gain.
