They supposed to join forces to find the killer right? So, that cha si yeong is a good guy or bad guy? He such…
He is a bully. A despicable character, ofc not the Actor! Whatever, the big guy's sister went through it was because of him. She even got framed with a married guy and got her engagement ruined.
Surely we have a stakeout team watching the route where most of the girls have been murdered how is there not…
Exactly my thought! I was thinking how big the village was in 1988 that the police couldn't even warn the villagers, given it was the killer's usual route. Jeez, there are five murders now, wouldn't it be a common sense to tell the villagers to remove the scarecrows considering this was a real life event in the 80s'! And for goodness sake, how many scarecrows do you need? The police were incredibly incompetent back then; no wonder the murderer went unpunished for so long!
There are many issues in the drama, e.g. FL is the only female on her team, etc etc - and I am not sure if HRs…
Liked - "isnt it nice to see a real man as ML and a man who CAN ACT a wide range... an not a porcelain doll with plasticized glazed androgenous triangular face and super skinny body AND ONE FACIAL EXPRESSION - gloomy serious. Pursuit of Jade kind that will be replaced by AI bc they all look alike and cannot act. I am so glad we dont have to watch plasticized ppl in this drama."
The idea of childhood bullies still haunting you as an adult 😭😭
It does! It always does! Same goes with the Stalking! Once you're stalked, even if you change your living place, it still haunts you that 'you're still being stalked' - this mental disorder never leaves who has experienced this.
If he were a dumbass it wouldn't be much of a story.
I'm not saying that! His father is an honest police officer, so you'd expect the son to be the same, but he has a criminal mind and actually nourishes it - that's why I was a bit shocked.
First Kdrama, where the killer was predictable, turned out to be the one. Mostly, the obvious character is basically the red herring! The wooden sculptures in FL's house were never shown after the epi 1 or whatsoever, and never explained as well. Though for PMY and WHJ, I finished this drama!
I like these boys, and I kinda love Rain...however, these S2 really put me in a tight spot to choose between the two!! Though Rain is the negative character here.
Ok, I really like the drama because it's entertaining and it's relaxing to watch at the same time. In addition,…
Perfectly laid out the ML's characterization. I was thinking I am the only one who was feeling that the ML is a bit boring boring, no offence and the 2ML's screen presence is more intriguing.
Episode 10 was so useless. A whole lot of NOTHING happened. This show started off so strong but went downhill.…
I really didn't want the plastic surgery plot. I wanted if, after hearing Suho's story and seeing their breakup, Baek Jun Beom developed an obsession with Seol Ah and pursued her, thinking her pursuit would be easier after Suho's death. I feel the story would have been much better if it had taken this route instead of this common plot.
After all that chaos in Epi 8 about identity theft, murder, full psycho meltdown, episode 9 just… hits the brakes…
Btw, have you considered a side hustle, like a "how to become an interesting writer" course?👌👌 Your writing is truly special, and your observation skills are top-notch.

Woo-seok's personality really went downhill, with poor writing and even poorer execution. He seemed a tough former detective and rough insurance investigator. However, no traits of the detective/investigator remain, unless the "Siren's Kiss" myth effect applies, in which case there would be a seductive woman who would make every man fall for her and eventually die! Indeed, this ain't a slow-burning romance drama that I am watching, though I don't mind a little romance. Right now, it's felt more like 'an obsession and a protection' on a roller coaster ride from his side.
Liked - "But here’s the thing, every time she drops the act for a second? That’s when she’s interesting. When she rips up those resignation papers? When she tells the detective “do your job”? THAT is the woman I want." Exactly, that moment would make the audience believe that she is the real Siren. But I feel like the revelation would be overwhelming because until now, I couldn't figure out what her gain would be from all those murders. There hasn't been shown any kind of 'childhood connection' with those murder victims, which is sooooo favorite plot of every Krdamas writers!! In the end, we will see that she ain't the mastermind behind all these events that are currently going on.
Is there any sympathetic character left in the show? Perhaps the ML? In my opinion, they have dumbed him down…
"so overblown with the constant streak of unlucky events that she appears very unrealistic at this point." - No, with due respect, "the constant streak of unlucky events" - happens, happening - You can take me as for another example of continuous unlucky events!!
juyeong is really a bad cop .... she fired with her gun at hanseola , who was unarmed , moving really slowly and…
"Incompetence on Debt" - that's how the cops work in this drama! The female cop's action was clearly attempted murder fueled by jealousy, but her senior let her off the hook with, "you went by the book." It's great that the ML left that team after his sister's death/murder; otherwise, solving cases would have been a ''full-time job carrying everyone else's incompetence'' on his shoulder.
