I don't know which episode you are at but I absolutely feel chemistry between main leads, if you understand their characters you wouldn't feel awkward. For me, both couples are interesting. Eventhough both princesses have different personalities, both have tremendous growth. The process of growth is different for both.

Changge is tomboy and leyan is tender, so ofcourse both of their love stories will be different according to their personalities. Both couples are Interesting. Yeah...that spin, the stabbing, pulling the chain and intensity in his eyes, swords clashing, and his expression while fighting was beyond amazing. Every attack was so fast that I have to repeat the scene to clarify. Especially when sher pulled small knife under his sword, I was like 'what happened' , it was that amazing. I totally loved it.
