I know what you mean. I didn't care for the story in the first half at all. But around 6 and 7 it gets significantly better. I liked the ending. Still didn't rate it very high because of the first half. I was watching at even 2x speed just to get through the unnecessary parts.

I loved this show so much! I am going to miss the drama and romance and the hope and the laughs and the funny background music. This show genuinely made me so happy. I will definitely watch season 3 as well.

Even if she was the one who sent herself the invite, how did she know that date was Weol Ha's birthday? How did she know about his dead fiancee to begin with? How and why did she decide first to love him? Did she send him the plant? How did he know where to come? So many unanswered questions. 28 faces of the moon means different kinds of love? Basically she is happy to let him think she is Weol Ha?

Other questions: How did Kang Woo find the necklace the day his fiancee died? Why did they leave the necklace on the flower?

Yes, the opening scene was amusing though I wouldn't really list it under comedy. It would be nice if there is more obvious comedy later on because that is one of the reasons I started watching this show. Tired of watching very heavy series. Also, I rate a show as per the expectations it sets. Even the plot summary is indicating it to be a light show but the direction seems to suggest otherwise. It's not to say that the show isn't good. It might be (too early for me to say one way or the other). But on the comedy front, I am disappointed as of now.

Why is this listed as a comedy? I am still on the first episode but the only somewhat funny scene was perhaps the "tutelage of relations" lesson. But otherwise the story is quite serious. Does it have funny moments later on?

It might head that way since the ML's mother keeps going on about him getting married. 😂 For now, no romance. It might be a slow build.

Two episodes in and I am not enjoying it. Strange it's rated 8. I guess I am not into the village theme. Not sensing any great chemistry from the leads. Not even in the moments when they are trying to do the usual romance tropes that send sparks flying. I hope the remaining episodes can change my mind.

True. But I wish there was more. The solution to the problem should have been explained. It was like a jumbled bunch of words. If the mother knew the solution, does it mean she rid herself of the poison? Why was the father visiting her place if he treated her like a traitor?

Yes, if you're enjoying it, that's fine. But if you're struggling to watch, it feels like a lot. The 2 episodes that I watched, I wished the story would move faster.

Started off good but all the "romance" is forced. That annoyed me. Story was gripping and acting was good. Did they expect to win audiences over with that ending?
