Title Good Job
What started off great has turned into a pretty dull show. I'm glad I decided to drop early and binge the episodes or I would have dropped if I was watching week to week. The storyline is weak. I'm guessing all the excitement is left for the end.

Now that it's finished airing how is it? Much romance? Any love triangles? Happy ending?
1 episode left to air. I've watched 9. No love triangles. It seems to be headed for a happy ending.

can someone explain the ending to me? the subs got me so confused, what was up with the prince guy and why do…
The prince was simply using them that's why he hired one to protect him and the other to try to assassinate. He wanted to control both. Maybe he hoped they'd kill each other in the process. Once he got the power, he tried to kill off any threats. My understanding is that he decided to bury an empty tomb as it was his way of releasing them both as promised since they survived. For their own safety, they decided to live in the forest/village and mind their own business but in the end, they couldn't help themselves but this time they decided to work as a team.

I believe I have watched dramas in every way possible.

When I first started watching Asian dramas, I was looking for the best thrillers and of course they were the completed ones. I binge watched them over a few days and it really allows you to sink into the story. That is the biggest plus of binging.

This year, I decided to watch along with fans and I loved the experience of discussing with others what we enjoyed every week. It really gives you a high when you bond over similar views. But I also started to give up on more dramas than I previously had since I wasn't going by reviews and the general consensus. Rather I was forming an opinion along with everyone else. Watching along and sharing your opinion also means you will find conflicting opinions especially when you are critical of a show and will end up upsetting fans of actors/actresses cast in the series.

Then there are some shows where it's hard to decide whether to watch along or binge-watch. Namely, Alchemy of Souls. If you choose to watch along, the wait from week to week will be dreadful but in the meantime you get to discuss your theories with each other which will tide you over. If you wait until it ends, you will have serious FOMO plus all the spoilers. But at least you won't be frustrated by the cliff hangers or the suspense killing you from the wait. For part 2, I will definitely continue watching along because I would prefer to wait week to week than weeks to get the joy out of watching that show.

There is a 3rd "bridge" way of watching. I started some on-going shows that I found to be too slow at the start for my liking and ended up putting on hold and then binged the released episodes just in time for the finale or soon after. It helped me to keep going because I could finally see the story progressing and prevented me from dropping it. If it was post-finale, I got instant reviews to help me decide if the series is worth my time or not.

It is still rare for me to drop shows. I would rather put them off until I am in the mood to watch it or if I gave it enough time, I'd complete it for my satisfaction.

Ah I see. That's good it was a bonus category. And it's nice you could make time for your favourite shows.

Impressive but I can understand why it wasn't doable for the average watcher. I have been spoilt by kdramas that are 16 episodes and one season long. So much easier to consume. And the moment I discovered web series by SK and China, I was done for. I love the idea of binging an entire show in a few hours. They keep the pace fast as well. No chance of getting bored. :P

Thanks! I'll look into it. This is the first time I've heard of a "taiga". Is it a word for fantasy?

Ooh, what category was that?

I think the categories I'll be skipping are titles with a typewriter and motor vehicle racing/enthusiast. I can't find a title that I want to watch. And of course there are many blocks I won't start like 7 (Vintage), 18 (Dessert), 26 (Be A Good Sport), 27 (We Are Family), as they are too difficult or I am not that interested in those genres unfortunately.

Better than I expected but just when I was forming theories, it left me hanging. Will there be a season 2?

Read on another page that it's for those who like to watch something during their commute.
It is possible. Some people live close to work. And even if they are not commuting in 5 minutes but it doesn't take long to watch multiple episodes either with breaks in case they are switching lines/buses, etc on their journey. It doesn't require concentration for a long duration like a regular drama would. I like the intention behind the creatives. But of course it's your choice whether you want to watch such shows or not. Some short dramas are also quite good.

They reincarnated neko have subbed up to ep22 perhaps that would help. Waiting for her to release the last two…
Thank you for explaining. Some of these episodes are really too short. Just when you're getting into the story, they end making it hard to wait. :P

Title Adamas Spoiler
I'm disappointed. I wanted a satisfactory ending not more of a run-around. I don't know what they were thinking.…
They should just do a 1 or 2 episode drama special and wrap it up. This ending was so unnecessary. Guess they wanted to show case their pride, the Adamas, for another season.
