This is my favourite show. But this drama may not be everyone's cup of tea.
1. This drama focus more on human relationships. 2. There's no villain here. The doctors lives just flows throughout the drama. 3. This is not a serious medical drama, with lots of medical jargon. If you want that watch "Romantic doctor, Teacher Kim" - it's totally opposite of what the name sounds. 4. This is a kinda light hearted drama, with amazing friendships and relationships. But also dives deep into human emotions (specially at the hospital) 5. Romance is not the focus of the drama. But it definitely has Romance going on between the characters. But it's slow and much more matured. But if you wait till end, you'll be rewarded. 6. Yes you need to watch both seasons. 7.
